Apartment T3 of 55 m2 beachfront totally rénové.Du balcony, you can attend the morning at breakfast at sunrise. After your day on the immense beach of Saint-Jean-de-Monts 20 meters from the residence, you can enjoy your drink, always on the balcony, watching the sunset. Your apartment is located 100 meters from the pedestrian street with all its summer shopping and entertainment, 200 meters from the casino or sailing school. Situated in the heart of the resort, while being quiet. Bike paths await you in front of your apartment. You can store your bikes in the basement of the fully equipped résidence.Cuisine with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer and all necessary, a bathroom with walk-in shower, washing machine, toilet separated two chambers (forest side) one with a bed 140 and the other with 2 beds of 90, a living room with a sofa bed, a TV 102 cm flat screen, WIFI and new furniture in all rooms. Private parking at the rear of the residence. Rental includes all charges including the tourist tax for the months of July and August. “Ideal location”

The apartment is ideally located for using St Jean de Mont as a base. The beach is just across the road and the promenade is long enough to have an energetic walk. Apartment was very clean and well equipped (needs an electric kettle for English and Irish clients who like their cup of tea). Toilet a bit on the small side. Private car park at rear which was easy to access. A wide variety of eating places for all tastes plus shops and bars within a short walk and the old town is only about 1.5 km away. The old town can be very quiet at night though.
