Description

Our spacious holiday home is situated on Le Bois Dormant, in St Jean de Monts (Vendee region of Western France.) This 4-star Siblu owned site is 5 minutes drive from the beautiful beach and resort of St. Jean de Monts.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, a short stroll to the pools with waterslides/chute & jacuzzi, playground, tennis court, multi-sports pitch, bar (with evening entertainment), restaurant and takeaway. Small supermarket on site. Three kids clubs are also available. The facilities of the sister site (Le Bois Masson) situated across the road are also available.

Our mobile home is fully equipped for up to 8 people comprising of a bright spacious lounge area with TV/DVD combi (DVDs only) and CD player, fully equipped kitchen which includes large fridge/freezer, microwave and gas cooker and cutlery, plates, glasses, plenty of utensils and dishes for 8 people, also dining area, shower/washroom, separate toilet, 3 bedrooms, 1 double, and 2 twins (1 of which can be converted to single for extra space) and all have wardrobes and overhead storage. The sofa in the lounge also converts to a double bed. Central heating in all rooms and two portable fans for those hot sunny days.

Outside we have a large covered decking with table and chairs for eight people, plus two sun loungers.

This is an ideal site for all age groups.

Further Details

Duvets and pillows are supplied and bed linen and towels can be hired on site. Fun passes to access the swimming pools and kids clubs are available for purchase from Reception. Cots and bicycles are available to hire. Bottled gas is included in the rental price. Also a selection of DVDs and games are available for your enjoyment.

Conditions

A 20% booking deposit to be paid at time of booking. A €280 security/cleaning deposit paid at time of booking will be returned two weeks after your holiday if the mobile is left in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition for the next occupants.

A French Visitors Tax applies to all visitors over the age of 12 yrs. This is roughly 61 cents per day per person. This will be deducted from your refundable deposit.

My family and friend booked this mobile home for a week in the sunny Vendee and we were delighted with the facility and the park where it is situated. We had 4 children with us who were easily occupied with the swimming pools and water slides. There is plenty of entertainment for the children with a kids club and play grounds too. The mobile was perfect and clean. We were pleased with the home and the veranda which proved a lovely bonus for lounging or al fresco eating. The park was secure and friendly with Very competent and helpful siblu staff. there is a great deal to see and do in the area - we had a problem sightseeing as we couldn't get our kids away from the pools (!) but if you can do visit Apremont for a pedalo trip. We would highly recommend this mobile home and the siblu park with the additional excellent comms and hospitality of the owner Marie, it proved to be an A class choice!
