This newly converted 2 bedroom apartment has been created from the entire ground floor of the owner's house and has its own entrance and parking space. It is situated in a lovely position on the outskirts of St Helier with good access to the town centre and all of its amenities and would be a great base for touring the whole island.

The two bedrooms can both be made up either with a large double bed or as two single beds making this ideal for both couples or family parties. A cot or z-bed can also be provided for a child or an infant.

Whilst there is no outdoor space provided, the kitchen/diner does have a large west facing window which lets in plenty of light and the rooms throughout are all of a generous proportion. There are woodland walks just to the north of Alzola Apartment which lead down into the pretty Valle des Vaux area.

The entrance to the property is via 6 external stone steps. The property is on a hillside
