Dans résidence du Parc des Chevreaux, résidence pavillonnaire calme et verdoyante, F3 se situant au 1er étage de la maison, étage indépendant de 42m2 composé de 2 chambres privées.

Les chambres: 1 lit double ,1 table de chevet, 1 bureau, 1 commode/placard , 1 télévision.

Parties communes aux 2 chambres: Une belle pièce de vie composée d' un salon et une cuisine équipée.

Le salon: 1 canapé, 1 table basse, 1 fauteuil, 1 meuble télé, 1 télévision.

La cuisine : Meubles de rangement, 1 table à manger pour 4 personnes , 1 grand réfrigérateur et 1 lave linge.

La salle de douche : 1 meuble vasque, 1 miroir, 1 douche, 1 radiateur sèche serviette programmable, 1 fenêtre , les toilettes ( fenêtre).

Jardin clos et arboré de 300m2 à partager: Coin repas/détente, transats, table de pingpong.

Le stationnement est prévu devant la maison.
