Description

This spacious apartment of 74 m² is located 50m from the beach of the grapes clear Crystal Beach is a luxury residence which has 2 swimming pools (one for the youngest), and you are about 50 meters from the beautiful beach of grapes clear. Bakery, restaurants, supermarket are also on the outskirts of the residence the apartment consists of: 1 main room with open kitchen fully equipped with 1 corner sofa and a TV (reception of channels by internet) 2 air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds and possibility to add an extra bed in each room (6 beds.) a bathroom with sink and shower A large terrace with table and chairs to relax by tasting a planter or a local fruit juice. Other equipment: internet and free wifi (private) private parking place direct access to the beach washing machine washing machine oven traditional oven microwave coffee maker kettle toaster Amenities: Linen provided (beds made on arrival) Linen house provided Important note: The amount of the tourist tax of 5% per night and per adult (capped at € 2.30) will be paid directly on site by check or cash upon arrival. For arrivals or departure between 21 hours and 6 hours a supplement of 20 € will be asked (except in case of delay of plane)
