From the owner

In a village surrounded by woods and vineyards, we renovated the old stables and adjoining house, facing south. This "coucoute" living 150M stands on 2 levels, in an old farmhouse dating back to 1770. You will find the bike path at 100m -Sauveterre Bordeaux, Saint-Emilion at 15 km and Bordeaux at 35 km. Between gastronomy , ballad, heritage and of course enjoyment of wine, activities abound. On arrival, 2 shaded parking spaces are available. The cottage is accessible and equipped for disabled people (concrete walkways, doorways widened, Italian shower ...). Outside, you have an enclosed private garden 350M, with an above ground pool L 4.5m X 2.2m X l h 0.9m, terrace and barbecue and garden furniture. On the ground floor, first room "Romantic" with a 140x190 bed with a window onto the garden. Adjoining this room a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks and toilet. The kitchen - dining room is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, dishwasher, double sink, double dishwasher). The living room of 45M includes a TV lounge area with 2 sofas, a convertible and a fireplace original stone (not functional). Upstairs, a first chamber "Nature" with a 160x200 bed. Such that the original are preserved stone sink, a jamb fireplace and sloping ceiling with exposed beams, for a return in time. A second bedroom "Marine" also under rampant and stone, with 2 beds 90X190. Finally a spacious bathroom with shower cabin 140x80, double basins and toilet. Baby equipment available. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Servane (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
