Positioned on the edge of a quiet hamlet, the pretty stone built cottage enjoys views over the surrounding Limousin countryside, and has a generous size garden for those who enjoy being outdoors. The cottage retains its period character and charm with the original bread oven, beams and two log burning stoves plus electric heaters. There is a cosy lounge with dining area, a separate living room, kitchen and ground floor shower room with w.c., with two good size bedrooms: the Master Bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom and a Family Room with two double beds plus a single bed. The garden has sun loungers, dining table and chairs and barbecue.

Attached to the property is a barn where you will find 4 adult bicycles and 2 teenage bicycles along with table football, badminton set, tennis rackets, boules, football. For visits to the swimming lakes there is a cool box, picnic blanket and folding chairs.

There are three villages within 6 km, with restaurants, convenience store, boulangeries and more.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Barbara (the owner) a message.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
