From the owner

Three attractive stone gites formed from a former barn. Located in a peaceful rural area, surrounded by ancient woodland and farmland. There are many walks and bike rides from the house.

Ideally situated for the best attractions of the Dordogne and the Lot regions. Au Pré Vert is 2km from a charming local restaurant, and 10km from Domme and Gourdon. There is a range of large supermarkets 10km away.

Inside, the gites are well equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, separate freezer, full size oven, microwave, toaster, iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer.

Each gite has its personal garden area, with rattan outdoor sitting furniture, quality dining furniture, and large swivelling parasol. A barbecue is also provided.

There are large grounds and many on-site activities, including swimming pool, football pitch, badminton/mini tennis court, pitch and putt, large trampoline, swings, large sandpit, table tennis, basketball, and boules. There is a large oak framed gazebo ideal for relaxing in the shade. There are also 2 communal dining areas with barbecues.

The large grounds have an open outlook, with peaceful areas for relaxing, including hammocks suspended from oak trees in a secluded corner. Adults and children can have many hours of fun and relaxation with the numerous on-site activities.

Au Pré Vert is the perfect place for your family holiday. It is also fantastic for larger family groups and sporting clubs, having the ideal mix of personal space, and communal areas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kevin (the owner) a message.

If Kevin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
