Description from owner

Description

A stunning, and brand new 3 bedroom contemporary design villa located in a quiet tucked away position in the center of Sagres and within easy walking distance of Martinhal Beach. There are only 10 villas in this condominium, and only 4 available for rentals, so it is unlikely to get very busy around the swimming pool, even in the height of summer. The property has a spectacular view across Martinhal beach, the Sagres peninsula and the Natural Park.

With a modern architecture, in which large glass spans prevail, flatters the involvement between life in the inside, the luminosity and the extraordinary outside landscape.
Guests have the use of a shared swimming pool 12m x 6m and baby pool, both enclosed in a beautiful garden during the summer months

There are some great restaurants in Sagres, really good surf bars, two banks and a large supermarket. Everything walking distance from the villa.

The Algarve region

Algarve

Sunshine, warm temperatures and hot nightlife make this region the perfect holiday destination.

Algarve has a sunny, dry climate influenced by the Atlantic and Mediterranean conditions which make it a delightful year-round holiday destination, a perfect escape from cold Northen European winters.

The deep blue Atlantic Ocean held back by endless golden sandy beaches protected by dunes and a mild breeze, was one of the reasons why Portugal sea coast was chosen as the best in Europe.

Perfect for sun bathing and boat trips along some of the islands in the Algarve, miles of limestone caves, grottoes, cliffs and coves along its rugged coastline.
Waterparks are also a fun option, a world of water attractions for the whole family to enjoy.

Golfers will love the championship courses and 5-star resorts, some of them sitting on ochre cliffs surrounded by verdant pines with views across the Atlantic.

Charming towns boast beautiful Moorish architecture and a lively seaside ambiance that contrast with the vibrant nightlife in Portimo, Faro and Vilamoura.

At the extreme southwest of Portugal there is a place surrounded by wild nature far from the mass tourist activities of most of the Algarve, its name is Sagres, a village full of ancient sea legends and historic monuments, from where Portuguese ships set sail on their voyages of maritime discovery - it also happens to be considered one of the best surf breaks in Europe.

The highlight of the regional gastronomy is the fresh fish and seafood. Savour some of the delicious local cuisine including mussels, prawns and the cataplana (seafood stew).
Don't miss the regional pastry, especially the almonds and marzipan cup cakes.

“Elegant clean townhouse”

Reviewed 5 Oct 2013

The townhouse was virtually new and had all the mod cons to make your stay easy and enjoyable. Lovely pool area. Good location (short walk to restaurants and the main beach). The bathrooms are well fitted out; great shower and the main bathroom has a bidet. The lighting in the bathrooms also good around the mirrors. Lots of cupboard space. Great bedding and pillows. The kitchen had most of the equipment you need even if you wanted to cook or entertain.
