Our modern styled villa "Natura Relax" was completed in March 2017 and is located in the northern part of Majorca, out from Sa Pobla, between the historical villages Muro and Búger. Mallorca offers more than 300 days of sunshine a year, ideal conditions for a wonderful holiday. Due to the excellent location of our house, many spots and beautiful places can be reached very quickly and easily. In order to cover the daily needs of your self-catering, you only have to drive 5 minutes to Sa Pobla. In this typical Mallorcan village you will find everything ... supermarkets, petrol stations, doctors, pharmacies, weekly market, restaurants, bars, bakeries and much more. The nearest sand beach is easy to reach in just 12 minutes by car. The route takes you directly from the finca along the S'Albufera nature reserve to one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe "Platjas de Muro". A clean sandy beach with turquoise, kneaded water, ideal for families with children.

"Natura Relax" is located on a quiet piece of land, far from noise and mass tourism, with a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountain chain and the surrounding countryside.

The 3.500 m² plot is completely fenced and offers lots of lawns for playing and relaxing. You can park your rental cars directly on the property driveway. Behind the house is the large pool (7mx12m) laid out, with bubbling jacuzzi, shower and modern sun beds. The pool can be fenced, so you can enjoy your holidays with your kids. Shaded places in the afternoon can be found on the covered terrace. For your children there is even a small slide, a playhouse and toys. Around the house, no matter what angle you have a beautiful view and absolute peacefully atmosphere.

The entrance of the villa is laid out with a cultivated stone bed with palm trees, a beautiful contrast to the white minimalist house.

Once you enter the villa you will be amazed at how much taste and artistic details the interior has been furnished and decorated. Everything is new and perfectly matched. All rooms are equipped with DOMOTIK-House-System and AC (except the loft). Domotik enables the fulfillment of all your requirements in the fields of comfort, security, care, efficiency and includes the integration of information and communication technologies, lighting, security, access control, climate control, etc. into a functional environment.

The villa is divided on 2 levels. On the ground floor is the light flooded living room with very comfortable XXL sofa, satellite TV and extra dining table. From here you have access to the fully equipped kitchen with a modern kitchen island, bar stools and a large dining table. All devices are very modern and high quality. During the dinner you can enjoy the wonderful view of the garden and pool. Everything is held in bright tones with nice accent colours. The sleeping area on the ground floor is divided into 3 double bedrooms (2 with double bed1,80m x 2m, 1 with 2 single beds 0,90m x 2m). Each bedroom has its own bathroom, either with a whirlpool bath or with a massage shower column. Each bathroom is individually designed, very modern and tastefully decorated. All the bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and very comfortable beds. One of the bedrooms even has a huge walk-in closet, or rather dressing room due to size and comfort. In the upper part of the villa, which is reached via a wide swinging staircase, there is another, very large double bedroom with double bed (2,20m x 2m) and a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape. From here you have the possibility to relax on the stylish terrace. All rooms are equipped with AC (except the loft), sliding door elements, which creates a very pleasant, open space feeling. Since the house is completely insulated, this is completely sufficient to create an absolutely pleasant room temperature, whether summer or winter. On request extra beds, as well as baby beds and high chairs are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
