The villa is distributed over one floor which consists of a spacious hall, four double bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious and comfortable living-dining room, which is tastefully decorated and has access to the terrace and the pool. The house is equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and Wi-Fi.

In the village you can walk around its streets, visit the Calvary (El Calvari) – a hill with one of the most stunning views in Mallorca – or relax over a drink or an al fresco meal on one of the many terraces of the main square with its view of the church. Port de Pollença is a famous tourist spot in which to go swimming on its beaches or spend time on a terrace overlooking the sea. In addition, the bay of Pollença has some of the best sandy or rocky beaches on the island, such as Mal Pas, Bonaire, Formentor or La Victòria.

The nearest town to the house is Sa Pobla. There you will find several supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, shops, etc. Moreover, in the town centre you can enjoy a wide variety of restaurants. The property is only a 15-minute drive from the bay of Alcúdia and its magnificent beaches of Port d'Alcúdia, Platges de Muro and Can Picafort.

Please note that electricity has a surcharge of EUR 0.27 per kWh.

A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This will be taken via credit card and is fully refundable within 72 hours after check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
