The property sits close to the small strand harbour in Rye overlooking the river Tillingham.

Tilling View is set just off of the main road with private parking for two vehicles, with the town of Rye just a stone's throw away. The main citadel of this ancient cinque port may be accessed by crossing the road and climbing the stone steps that will take you to Watchbell Street, so named after the bell that was tolled to warn the people of Rye of an impending attack by the French.

Once inside the walls of the old town there are numerous restaurants, tea and coffee shops along with all of Rye's rich history, which can be discovered by walking the cobbled streets of this medieval

Everything you need is there at Tilling View. We stayed four nights and really enjoyed ourselves!Weather was hot on most days!
