Rye boasts one of the largest fishing fleet on the south coast and fresh fish can be bought from the shop right next to the boats beside the town salts, just around the corner,Rye also offers a small cinema and a sports leisure centre including a 25m swimming pool.

This idyllic property is set just off the main A259 on a private road and a short car ride will take you to any number of attractions nearby, from the stunning sandy beach at Camber to the town of Battle and the site of the famous Norman invasion of 1066.

“Perfect little spot”

Reviewed 2 May 2017

We were a group of four first time visitors to Rye. The house was situated 5 mins walk away from central Rye with all the boutique shops, restaurants and bars. The house was very well equipped, the beds clean and comfy and hot water a plenty. There was everything you could possibly want from a home from home, we all hope to return soon.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind comments and I'm pleased that you enjoyed your visit to Rye. Hope to see you all again soon

“What a find!”

Reviewed 21 Feb 2017

This was a great little holiday house for a much needed short break in the wonderful town of Rye. Right in the centre of everything so not far to walk, wonderful restaurants all around, nice beaches nearby and plenty to amuse the kids. The house was really cosy and comfortable with everything one could need and at a great price. We will be back, and a friend that stays regularly in this area has already asked for the details!

Owner's reply: Thank you very much for the kind review. I'm glad that you had a great time, hopefully see you back one day. Sue
