Zeta Cottage is a spacious, very well presented self catering holiday cottage just minutes’ walk from stunning sandy beaches and town centre of Ryde on the Isle of Wight.

The cottage provides sleeping for 4 guests in 2 bedrooms, a well equipped kitchen and large lounge with ample seating for to relax after a long day at the beach. There is a dining room with table and chairs for 4 people, a small courtyard with a bistro table and chairs is great for catching the morning sun with a cup of coffee. The accommodation has a bright and good size bathroom, it is accessed via walking through the master bedroom, and there is an additional WC located at the bottom of the stairs on the ground floor.

A perfectly situated Victorian semi-detached town house that provides guests with a comfortable home from home that is located in a quiet residential area just a couple of minutes from Ryde beach and esplanade as well as both Hover Travel and Wightlink Catamaran terminals as well as the train station. For guests travelling on foot over to the Island from Portsmouth, the Catamaran and Hovercraft operate into Ryde, this property is less than 5 minutes’ walk from the ports so makes a very convenient place to stay.

There is a paved patio to the front of the property that is perfect to sit and enjoy a nice glass of wine on a sunny evening.

Ground Floor:

Large entrance hall with original wooden flooring, WC straight ahead and then a left turn to the stairs, lounge and dining room. A nice spacious living room with original wooden flooring and wood burning stove, Through to the dining room with table and chairs with original wooden flooring leading to kitchen that’s is a Classic cottage style kitchen with rangemaster cooker, Belfast sink, tiled flooring and door leading to courtyard.

First Floor:

A step up to the large twin bedroom with 2 x 3ft singe beds, with high ceiling, original feature Victorian fireplace, wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps and also a wash hand basin. A step down to the landing, then a step up will take you to the master bedroom with 5ft king size bed, bedside light, original Victorian fireplace, vanity unit and wardrobe. From this bedroom the bathroom can be accessed via two steep steps down, with original wooden flooring, bath, shower over bath and toilet.

NOTE: The bathroom is accessed via the master bedroom; there are also 2 deep steps down to the bathroom.

How do damage deposits work?

If The Wight Holiday Company (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
