A cosy studio Apartment situated on the first floor. It is within a large Victorian residence that has been carefully transformed into 6 stylish self catering apartments.

Flatlet 2comprises of a full size pull down double bed with a separate bedroom with full size bunk beds.

This flatlet also boasts views over the rear garden and forest which you can sometimes spot the red squirrels and sea view.

Freeview colour tv/dvd.

Central heating and double glazing.

Fully fitted kitchen with full oven/hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Ensuite shower and wc

Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and biscuits provided for your arrival.

Relax on our shared large patio area, challenge each other to a game of table tennis or try to spot the red squirrels regularly seen in the forest at the end of the garden.
