“Great for a large family”
We stayed at Fairlight for a week in the October half term. We were a large group with several children and the house was great for us. There were plenty of rooms all beautifully decorated (I particularly liked the colour coordination of accessories in each room) with large and comfortable beds. I shared a double with my nephew and there was plenty of room even with his wriggling around! The house has two living rooms which was great as the adults could have some quiet respite. They each had a smart tv so we were able to log in to Netflix and amazon for films. There were also plenty of books and games left in the house which were great. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with everything we needed and perfect for big family meals. There is also a lovely garden and even in October we got out there - we didn’t make use of the bbq though. Fairlight is well located, a short walk to the beach and High street as well as local convenience shops and pubs. We all had a brilliant time on the beach which is massive. Some of our group came by car, others by train and it was an easy journey for all with the ferry and hovercraft close by. We had a great holiday and would highly recommend Fairlight and Ryde to others
