This Grade II listed Coach House is set in tranquil parkland grounds between the resort town of Ryde and Seaview, with views over open fields and woodland, the cottage enjoys a rural atmosphere whilst being within ten minutes walk of the beach. This charming cottage offers comfortable, well equipped accommodation, ideal for couples and small families, within walking distance is popular Wishing Well pub and Appley Manor hotel. A nearby public footpath meanders alongside fields leading to the safe sandy beach via Appley park, leading to Puckpool Park and Ryde seafront
The accommodation comprises an entrance Lobby, Kitchen with a range of fitted storage units, dishwasher, washing machine, built in fridge and built in freezer with combination oven/microwave, electric hob, wall mounted cupboard housing the gas fired combination boiler. The kitchen is open plan with two steps down to the Living Room with leather sofa and 2 Lazyboy reclining chairs, flat screen tv, a range of dvds with dvd player. There is a wood block floor and charming log burning stove for chilly nights and beautiful views over adjoining countryside. In the conservatory there is a wooden dining table and chairs, wicker chairs and Bose sound system with IPod connection and french doors leading to the courtyard garden and views over adjoining countryside. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes with mirrored doors and bedside tables. The second bedroom has twin beds which can double to a king-size with small wardrobe, bedside table and drawers. The bathroom has a large bath for relaxing in or a strong shower over, with wc and wash basin. Outside there is ample, off-road parking for 2 cars to the side of the cottage with steps leading down to sunken patio with garden furniture, a sun trap to relax and admire the view or enjoy a gin and tonic! Paved courtyard style rear garden with shallow pond and garden furniture with bbq ideal for afternoon and evening sun. Lovely views over adjoining countryside in a very peaceful setting but within easy access of the Victorian town of Ryde (1.5 miles) and Portsmouth/Southsea, (via 10 minute hovercraft ride).

The Victorian town of Ryde, is the second major town on the Island, and features one of the longest stretches of sandy beach from Ryde to Appley and on to Puckpool. At Puckpool there is a delightful park and populuar Puckpool Park Tea Gardens with beach access; from here you can stroll along the wide promenade through to Ryde or dine 'al fresco' at the beachside café The Dell or award winning, beachside restaurant The Boathouse whilst watching the boating activities in the Solent
This popular resort town offers a range of holiday facilities, catering for all interests and ages. Seaside attractions include a mini fun-fair, bowling alley, ice rink and much more, all spanning Ryde seafront. The bustling town centre offers a variety of shops, bars, pubs, restaurants and cafes. New for 2014 and situated close to Tesco's supermarket on the outskirts of the town, is Wight Karting, an exciting Go-Kart track providing fun for the whole family. Close by is Westridge Golf Centre which offers pay as you play golf course, a fully covered floodlit golf range and qualified professionals on hand. The Seaview Wild Life centre is about half a mile away and a great day out for everyone.
