Horticulture and history go hand in hand on the Island with our annual Garlic Festival, Botanical Gardens and you can visit Queen Victoria's splendid home set in glorious woodlands and formal gardens overlooking the Solent.

After all that activity, you can sample some of the finest seafood in the south with local crab and lobster plucked straight from our shoreline or delicious local farm produce prepared by award winning pubs and restaurants including Michelin Star, Hamborough Hotel, Ventnor and more casual pubs around the Island

We are certain you will enjoy a very relaxing, peaceful stay on the Isle of Wight.

The Victorian town of Ryde, is the second major town on the Island, and features one of the longest stretches of sandy beach from Ryde to Appley and on to Puckpool. At Puckpool there is a delightful park and populuar Puckpool Park Tea Gardens with beach access; from here you can stroll along the wide promenade through to Ryde or dine 'al fresco' at the beachside café The Dell or award winning, beachside restaurant The Boathouse whilst watching the boating activities in the Solent
