Description

The cabin is set in a tranquil quiet setting. Well behaved children welcome. It really is a home from home with the added luxury of your own heated swimming pool.. The accommodation sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. The cabin is situated in a secluded area surrounded by woods and green land, yet not far from the beach and character shops of Ryde.

The Garden Cabin is a wooden building full of its own character. It has one cosy double bedroom and bunk bed room on the ground floor and then up in the eves it has another small room that can sleep two children over the age of 10 and under 15. Perfect for the children. With a family bathroom, lounge and small kitchen which is equipped with crockery ,cutlery and cooking equipment.

Your swimming pool is heated throughout the year,In the summer the pool house can be opened up to the garden with its four sets of french doors, all of which can be locked to keep little ones safe, and in the cooler months closed to an indoor pool. The sauna is set along side the pool.*.Please note nappies MAY NOT be worn in the pool by babies. You can get proper pants for use in swimming pools*

Please could you let us know the ages of the children when booking. The reason being the number of beds required. Many thanks. Why not book our one bedroom lodge for mum and dad for a real family holiday.. Only children over 10 and under 15 to sleep in the eaves. On our short breaks the cabin is for one family only.We do have a lodge as well suitable for two adults no children.

“A hidden gem....”

Reviewed 9 Apr 2018

Only 5 mins from the Fishbourne ferry port and within walking distance of Ryde. Easy access to main roads to visit other parts of IOW no where is very far. We visited Alum Bay & Needles, Godshill & Arreton barns which had beautiful crafts, glass works & nice pub Dairyman's Daughter (great food). Ventnor & Steephill cove were wonderful, both are a must...... The cabin is situated in a beautiful garden and had everything we needed, the swimming pool was a great bonus, we all thoroughly enjoyed it. Gilly and Dave were wonderful hosts, we were made very welcome and nothing was to much trouble. We will definately be returning in the near future. Thanks for making our holiday so memorable.

Owner's reply: Thanks guys for a wonderful reveiw. Dave & I and of course Bali look forward to seeing you all again in the near future. Love Gilly & Dave xx

“Fantastic Cabin”

Reviewed 12 Sep 2017

As a family of four we had a lovely stay at the cabin. Our hosts Gilly and Dave were great and ever so friendly. The cabin was very cosy and had everything we needed. The girls loved staying in the bunk beds. Unfortunately the weather was not so great which can never be helped, and this is where the lovely large pool saved the day on a number of occasions, the girls had so much fun with the pool literally on our door step!! We hope to return soon!!

“Perfect family holiday on the Isle of Wight”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2017

Lovely cabin for our family of 4. Clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Our 10 year old loved his bedroom up in the eaves! The swimming pool was the highlight for the kids - they loved every minute in it. Was perfect to be able to come back to it after a day exploring. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the hosts were really friendly and welcoming and full of useful recommendations! Our 3 year old is still asking today for the 'Penguin swimming pool and Bali the dog'. Would recommend to anyone, it won't disappoint.

We have just returned from our first family holiday on the Isle Of Wight with our two children aged 9 and 6. The Cabin is an amazing place to stay for a holiday, very clean and has everything you need. The swimming pool seemed bigger than we expected and the boys loved it. Gill and Dave are such a lovely couple, very friendly and of course we can't forget Bali the dog, he really was a favourite with the boys! We will be back X
