Sea-Breeze is located in a peaceful, residential area of Rustington, near Littlehampton. From the doorstep it is a 1 minute walk to the quiet, unspoilt beach, yet within 1km of the surprisingly bustling shopping centre of Rustington, where there is a large supermarket, various chain shops, local shops, other amenities and free, easy parking.
Sea-Breeze bungalow is a home-from-home. It is comfortable and spacious, with a large through-lounge, fully-equipped kitchen, a newly refurbished bathroom, containing a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail, a conservatory overlooking a small enclosed garden, keeping children and dogs safe.
The beach is long and unspoilt. Leading eastwards there are no roads or traffic to disturb the peace, leading westwards, you can walk (2km) into Littlehampton and enjoy its harbour and the lively facilities there. The sea all along this part of the coast is safe and clean.
Venture further afield and you can visit some of the many attractions this part of Sussex has to offer - Arundel, Worthing, Chichester, Brighton to name only a few. You can walk or cycle the South Downs, play golf or go fishing. An ideal location for active, restful or sightseeing holidays.

One of the double beds is a king bed. There is reclining armchair in the lounge. The bungalow is wheelchair-friendly with only a small step at the front door and at the back door. We have had guests in wheelchairs staying with their helpers. We provide books, games, CDs and DVDs.

The sea can be seen from the front garden. There is a public parking bay outside the bungalow and there are generally plenty of spaces along the road (no meters, no yellow lines), as it isnot usually busy, despite the close proximity to the beach. The garden is safe for children and dogs as it is enclosed.There are no dog walking restrictions on the beach.

“What a peaceful haven - so comfortable and homely!”
We were desperate to find rental acommodation just before Christmas after a very hectic house move. Our new house was not ready to complete and we were going aboard to visit our Daughter for Christmas. The owner Christine was so kind and agreed to our booking at last minute. Sea Breeze literally has the beach at the end of the road, and the bungalow is so comfortable and homely, with everything you need. It is also good for less mobile people being spacious and has a walk-in shower. Pubs, restaurants and shops are all within easy walking distance. We would recommend it to all our friends and family.

Fell into this property by accident. Had originally agreed to go to another property, but a time delay on my part and the other property had been part let. Didn't entertain properties originally, that allowed pets, having had a bad experience in the past with cleanliness. Had a good feeling about this property from the moment Christine (owner) replied to my email. On arrival it was clean, homely and inviting. The property was well equipped and the beds very comfortable. We were informed on arrival that there were a couple of minor problems, neither of which had any bearing on a lovely holiday. Only down side I can see is that I might have competition to rebook next year.
