This is our Home away from Home. Available to responsible couples or families when we are not in residence. One of the larger 1570 sq ft 3 Bedroom Town home in Little Harbor beach side resort. Zip 33570. Rates increase for more than 4 people so a couple or small family can rent this 3BR unit for the same as a 2 BR unit. Some 2 BRs are very small. Enjoy the safe beach for children, Fish off the pier, We have 4 balconies on two levels both above the garage space. This means better views, safer accommodations but does involve steps. We attract families, retirees, university visitors, business visitors, Disney goers, and those who wish a blend between the relaxation the resort offers and the excitement of the surrounding attractions. Please check the several good reviews.

The resort includes a private and public white-sand beach with rental lounge chairs and umbrellas where you can enjoy the sun and admire the beautiful sunsets or play beach volleyball or racquetball. The resort also includes 2 heated swimming pools, 2 marinas with slips and a long boardwalk with a 250 feet fishing pier. The resort has a fine dining restaurant with inside and outside seating and a tropical beach tiki bar where you can have your breakfast and lunch or enjoy your supper with amazing daily sunsets and different music bands every night. There are 4 night-lit tennis courts, fitness facilities, a basketball court, children's playground and shuffle board. Nature lovers can enjoy watching the dolphins and matinees swimming alongside. The resort also provides Boating, Kayaking, Jet Skis, Fishing, Charter Boats, Eco-Tours, , dockage and other amenities.

Major Attractions: The Interstate 75, which will bring you to any destination up and down the West Coast of Florida, is only 5 minutes away. The Tampa Airport and Sarasota International Airports are 40 minutes away. If you want you can visit Orlando and Disney World attractions, which are only about 80 min. away. Busch Gardens in Tampa just 30 mins away. For grocery shopping, there is a modern supermarket a few minutes from the resort. AND a family run DRIVE IN THEATRE!! two movies $9 pp! Or enjoy some history in St Pete's or Downtown Tampa where you can enjoy the excitement of the Ybor City, Extraordinary Shopping, Theater and Galleries, and all types of dining experiences.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Calder (the owner) a message.

If Calder (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
