“Super, once again”

Reviewed 4 Jan 2017

Another fantastic week spent at this lovely property. The house was decorated beautifully for Christmas and had everything we needed. Even a cafetiere had been added, based on feedback from a recent guest. Convenient for the cinema in Ashford, Chapel Down Winery and Port Lympne Animal Park. So well appointed and maintained, really felt like home from home. Thanks for another great stay!

“Absolutely fabulous”

Reviewed 27 Jul 2016

This was our second stay at the house and it didn't disappoint at all just as brilliant as it was last year. Everything you need is provided. It's so quiet and peaceful. The children loved the house and were always on nature hunts. The rare breed centre is just 15 minutes away and is a brilliant day out. Can't wait to book to go back next year.

“Perfect house”

An amazing house with a perfect location. Every room was homely, even had occasional visits from dogs. The showers were perfect. No faults at all. Has everything we needed would definitely go back again!

“What more could you want?”

Reviewed 17 May 2015

This well equipped 4 bedroom home was delightful. It had some lovely views across a field even from the upstairs bathroom. The woods had a fantastic sight of Bluebells. We were able to watch sheep, horses and a visit from the dog. Woodlands is very spacious, the kitchen was superb with good quality fittings and more than enough room for all to help at meal times. It was great to have 3 bathrooms so having elderly family on a break away was brilliant. They all were so impressed with their stay. We recommend a couple of eating places. 'White Horse' choice and quantity were plentiful. 'Dukes Head' Fish and Chips take away. 'Mary's Tea House' was a lovely place quaint and offered tea and cakes etc. I am sure we will be back to stay at Woodland in the future and it was a comfortable home for a holiday and close to many other places to enjoy.

“Excellent accomodation”

Reviewed 6 May 2015

A spacious and comfortable accomodation in a quiet and rural environment. The house is ideally situated for trips into the Kent region. A small minus is that we had to be creative to cook pasta for 8 persons (lack of sufficant cooking utensils.

“Outstanding!”

Reviewed 27 Aug 2014

We stayed at Woodlands this summer for almost a week and it was a great experience. The house is in an absolutely quiet area – no neighbours at all! It was a perfect location for exploring Kent and Sussex and even London can be visited easily. Woodlands is a very convenient modern house, all new, very clean and spacious, beautifully furnished and decorated in a very tasteful style. It is an outstanding quiet and peaceful location with an amazing view. In the house there is everything one could need during the stay as well as a garden with two decks with tables and chairs for al fresco dining. We enjoyed relaxing in the large living room and sleeping in heavenly silence in beds with very comfortable mattresses. The owners gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home immediately. On our arrival fresh flowers, homebaked cookies, a bottle of wine and more had been prepared for us. Everything was definitely far beyond our expectations. So we even changed our plans to come back for some more days at the end of our journey. We highly recommend Woodlands and wish to come back soon!
