"Beautiful location near restaurants"
Very well equipped apartment. Dishwasher and Airconditioning would be a pleasent addition. Location is very good, all types of restaurants close to the house.

the Royal William yard is a great location. The accommodation is first class and the bars and restaurants inside the yard were very nice, it ticked all the boxes for us the only two things i would say i found the parking a bit confusing to get my head around at first it could be explained a bit better. and information about walking to Plymouth town centre would have helped at the start as it took me a day or two to get my bearings and we were only staying 5 days but apart from that it was perfect

"Superb apartment,view and location"
We recently here for 3 nights over a weekend with our little girl. The apartment is lovely, gorgeously decorated and furnished, spacious, clean and well equipped. The view was superb and kept our little one entertained watching the boats and the world go by. Location is also great, restaurants etc just a stroll away on your doorstep so makes for great relaxing evenings. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

"Beautiful views from a lovely apartment"
This was a lovely place to stay with amazing views. Convenient for both Plymouth and Cornwall. The main bedroom is lovely, but the second is stuffy and not vey private. Also, the stairs would be difficult for small children. The location is really quiet and peaceful, and beautifully maintained. A visit to the bakery for breakfast is an absolute must!

"Nice modern hastle free break"
Excellent booking service - very easy. Phil @ Luxeryseaviews was efficient and answered all our questions very quickly. He gave us complete confidence that we were being looked after during our stay. On arrival we were greeted by the facilities manager, shown the property, given useful information and made to feel welcome. The accommodation was lovely. Really modern complex, modern flat and everything you could hope for. The view is great - the lounge chair allows you to sit and watch the world go by in the marina. The flat is quiet (no neighbour noise). You get a little noise from the restaurants during the day and early evening but it generally ends around 2230hrs. After that it is dead. It appears the residents have a good understanding with the restaurants and you have useful telephone numbers for the restaurant managers should they not live upto their obligation. The parking arrangements are easy - just arrange through Phil. Your car might get splattered by the local sea gulls but you are by the sea! Nice trip to Mount Edgecombe by the local ferry (10 minute walk). Lovely boat trip from your doorstep to the Barbican. Restaurants within the Royal William Yard are great. Walk up the steps to see the Hoe and Devil's Point. I have not recommended this for disabled or elderly access. You could use it if you fell into either category depending on your situation. Wheelchair access is possible within the complex and to the flat. The beds are up stairs so that would need considering. If you are elderly the master bed room has a sloped roof so if ducking is an issue it might be an issue. I hope this information was useful and should not be viewed as a negative. It is for information to inform choice. So, here is the guilty knowledge! We lived in Plymouth for a large part of our lives and chose to come back for a mini holiday. This location added value to that holiday. It made coming back for a break special. The rental company made it hastle free. To that end we would return and would recommend them and the location. I hate giving reviews like this because the secret will be out and we'll have problems booking this place in future I am sure. Credit where credit is due.

Service prior to arrival and on arrival excellent. Property clean and had all necessary items. Front door was a bit difficult to lock at times, lights on stairs didn't always come one but both these are really minor issues. Best thing was location and nearby restaurants. Would i come again - yes Would i recommend the property - yes Would i recommend Luxury Sea Views - yes

"A breath of life in the heritage buildings"
Loved staying at these Napoleonic victualling buildings. Beautifully restored to feature the old while providing today's comforts. Biggest dilemma - stay in, go out to the on site restaurants and bars or explore the region. Tried to do it all but will need to return to finish the challenge.

"I which it would be my apartment."
Stayed in flat 48 for 3 nights. This is very much like home for home. Nothing was missing. The management team is very efficient and friendly. Will for sure use it again and again.

"Lots of positives"
Great location and the apartment has huge personality and lots going for it. Only frustration was the small bed (especially when the bed base was bigger than the mattress!) and the heat! The bedrooms and bathroom get very hot and stuffy. We loved the building, the restaurants/bars and easy access to great walks etc. The booking process and key hand over etc, was very well handled. A mattress that fits the bed base and fans upstairs would make this place 'spot on'
Thank you for your positive review. We understand upstairs was hot with the good summer we have had. It is possible to open the roof windows. This is a mechanical system as obviously in the roof can not be reached. There is a switch on the wall in the dining room at the bottom of the stairs for one side. And at the top of the stairs to open the windows fully in the bedroom. Open the roof windows allows the hot air to escape. Opening the lower floor windows at the same time with the roof windows creates a wind and air passage. Thank you once again for your positive review.
