Situated over ground and 2 upper levels (accessed by its own internal grade 1 listed cantilevered spiral granite staircase),
Located close to the many bars and restaurants (but not above or adjacent) the apartment affords the quietest position within the development, whilst everything being within a 100m level walk.
2 en-suite king size beds
One single bed on top stairs study/landing area. Please note this area is not suitable for use by young children, the elderly or infirm. Please see photos and notes below.
There is no family bathroom (2 en suites) so guest sleeping in landing area will need to share en-suite bathrooms or use ground floor cloakroom.
Allocated Car Parking Space can be provided by separate arrangement
Deck chairs and sun loungers included.
Furnished and equipped as a home and not just a holiday let, the property includes a fully fitted kitchen of the highest quality including coffee maker, grinder, and comprehensive cooking equipment.

**Please note that this area on the top landing is an open/narrow space (please see photos). There is a balustrade of suitable height when standing but this area is dangerous if children played or stood on the bed as there is a steep fall below. The granite stairs are also not suitable for all, especially those with poor eyesight or infirm.
The apartment is therefore not considered suitable for young children, the elderly or infirm or those with disabilities. Please ask for more information if you are in any doubt.
