Very conveniently located apartment 5 minutes walk to Royal William Yard with it's excellent restaurants and bars, RWY also has a passenger ferry around Plymouth Hoe to the historic Barbican area of Plymouth. Very close to Plymouth City Centre, Brittany Ferry Terminal, Princess Yachts and the Cremyll passenger ferry for trips over to beautiful Mount Edgcumbe House and Country Park in SE Cornwall. From here you can walk the coastal path round to the beautiful coastal villages of Cawsands and Kingsands and further on to the remote beauty of Rame Head and Whitsands. The apartment has excellent access to public transport

“Fantastic base for exploring Plymouth”

We stayed for 3 days and found both the accommodation and location to be fantastic! The apartment is well equipped and finished to a high standard, and there was plenty of space for all our stuff (our 4 month old daughter doesn't travel light!!). It's a couple of minutes' walk to the passenger ferry to Cremyll and a few minutes more to the Royal William Yard with bars and restaurants. We walked to the city centre and it took about 20 mins, plus there's a supermarket round the corner which is pretty handy. Louise met us at the apartment and was really helpful and gave us loads of advice on where to go etc. I'd definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Plymouth!

“Super stay”

We stayed in Plymouth for a four day break in July made all the nicer by the lovely accommodation. Our apartment in Evolution Cove couldn't have been nicer. Spotlessly clean and everything you'd need for a perfect stay, right down to fresh milk for a brew and a full bowl of fruit for us to eat!. Both Louise and her husband were at the apartment when we arrived to show us around and give us some tips about the surrounding area. This all made for a great break and hopefully we will be back again soon, No hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone visiting Plymouth.

From being met by the owners Louise and husband Stuart to leaving we had a brilliant time, the apartment was as described and more, lovely touches, like fruit bowl full, choc truffles, bottled water, tea,coffee, and milk. Both Louise & Stuart were lovely, warm, welcoming people. The apartment was very clean and tastefully decorated, it was a pleasure to come back to after a.day out sightseeing .two very spacious bedrooms each with it's own balcony & nice size bathroom with power shower. The lounge, which also had a balcony had view of the river Tamar & 5 mins walk takes you to the foot ferry & you are in cornwall in 10 mins. Lovely location & ideal for seeing the sites of plymouth & surrounding countryside. We visited the eden project that was only an hour away by car. The bus stop that takes you into plymouth city is just a short walk to the main road & is only £1 single for an adult. We would recommend this apartment to anyone & hope to return at a future date.

Perfect for our needs. Good location for us. Apartment well equipped and secure. Louise was very helpful and communicated promptly. Will definetely return as our son is 1st year student at uni so want to visit to see him from time to time.
