The apartment is situated on Calton Road,on the 2nd floor of Buchanan Court. It benefits from it's own secure allocated parking space. Access to the apartment is via an audio entry phone system. This is a very historic area which was named a World Heritage site in 1995. The apartment offers very comfortable accommodation which consists of a living area with dining space,the room also has a flat screen television with digital channels and a radio/CD player.To the rear of the lounge is a fully fitted kitchen with a range of appliances and a glazed door leading out to a Parisian balcony. Although not large enough to sit out on, this balcony is delightful and adds character to the kitchen area.The apartment has 3 double bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a zip/link bed which means that this room has the flexibility of being used as a double room with a super king size bed or as a twin room with 2 single beds. The other two bedrooms which are also very light and airy, have a double bed in each . The family bathroom has a 3 piece white suite with a powerful shower fitted over the bath, wash basin & WC. There is an ample supply of good quality towels supplied for your arrival.The apartment benefits from gas central heating and double glazing as well as a living flame gas fire in the lounge, all of which combine to provide year round comfort.
