Description

Our "Motorized Condo on the Water", or houseboat, is located on the largest lake in Arkansas which has been judged one of the most pristine, clear lakes in the United States. It is a popular destination for fishing and diving. The lake is well known world wide for a wide variety of fish, fowl, fresh water shrimp, fresh water jelly fish, and sponges.

The terrain around the lake is a national forest so there is virtually no development except at one of the few marinas on the lake. You will experience rolling hills with pine forests; eagles nests, birds of all kinds, and miles of hiking trails.

There is over 10,000 miles of shoreline and 200 islands on the lake. Most will accommodate our boat to beach and tie up on private locations.

If you are into water sports, you can rent one of our Jet Skis by the hour or by the day to explore the lake at your leisure. Many of our guests bring their own fishing boats or ski boats to expand their exploration. The marina also rents party barges for day use.

Once you arrive in our parking lot, we take over. We help you load your personal items on your boat and take you through an on-board orientation. We drive you out of the docking area and once you are in the main channel, you take over as captain of your boat! It is surprisingly simple and easy and we won't let you get into any difficulties (unless you do not follow our instructions).

Your group will love the top deck party area complete with a wet bar and hot tub. There is also a slide for the kids and a propane grill for the chef!

Many of our guests return year after year to enjoy the beautiful warm weather, the solitude of a quite lake, and the joy of simply relaxing for their stay in Arkansas.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
