"Great stay in a beautiful location"
Of all the lodges in the area, this one is probably in the best location. The views of the loch and the surrounding mountains are stunning. The inside is just as good. It would easily cope with eight people though there were only seven of us stopping there and the living and kitchen space was more than ample. Irene was extremely helpful if there was anything that we needed needed. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lodge 30 to anyone. In fact, I already have!
Thank you so much for your lovely comments, very much appreciated.

"Beautiful location, so peaceful and relaxing"
We stayed at Rowardennan Lodge for nine nights from 7-16 June 2014 and had one of the best holiday experiences ever. The lodge was spotlessly clean and well-equipped and it was lovely to meet Irene, the owner, when we arrived. She made us so welcome and obviously takes great pride in the accommodation. The views of Loch Lomond from the lodge are stunning whatever the weather, and when we sat outside on the decking we could hear the water lapping against the shingle beach nearby. From booking the holiday in March, up to our arrival, Irene kept in touch supplying us with lots of information about the lodge and area, and if we had a query she would answer e-mails the same day. It was an absolute delight to deal with her and to get to know her. We took the dogs for walks in the nearby woods; visited Balmaha, Aberfoyle, Callendar and Loch Katrine, and ate at the hotel at the rear of the property on quite a few occasions where we found the staff very welcoming and the food delicious. I don't think we've ever had such a relaxing holiday and we can't wait to return to Rowardennan Lodge!
Thank you very much for taking the time to review Loch Lomond lodge and a big thank you for your lovely comments, very much appreciated.

"Fabulous family break"
Had a wonderful 3 day break at the lodge for my husband's 60th birthday with our family. The lodge was amazing, so comfortable and cosy with everything we could possibly need. Rowardennan estate is ideally situated for a relaxing break away from it all. The lodge itself has all the amenities and more that you could need including books, DVDs, CDs and games. Our grandchildren aged 5 and 9 years loved it and didn't want to leave at the end of our stay. Would definitely love to go back.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely thoughts on the cabin, I am so happy you enjoyed your weekend

"Wonderful lodge & location"
We have just returned from a very enjoyable week at Loch Lomond, and this lodge was a great base from which to enjoy. We have stayed at this site before, but this lodge far exceeds previous. It was spotlessly clean, and clear that the owner takes a lot of pride in it. Anyone wishing to stay on the quieter side of the loch cannot go far wrong with this lodge, we for one will defientely be returning.
Really glad you enjoyed your stay and thank you very much for your gracious comments

"fabulous family holiday for all ages."
We spent a great week at this lovely lodge. It is perfectly situated overlooking the loch with plenty of outside space for children to play. The lodge is extremely comfortable and very well equiped for self catering .All the furnishings and linens are of a good quality and very comfortable. The property was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. The owner has gone to a great deal of trouble to make sure that all eventualities are covered from doctors to supermarkets, and very unusually is available herself by phone.
Thank you very much for your lovely comments. I don't feel its my job, its a pleasure to help my guests in every way possible.

Myself and my wife and our three children aged 9, 7and 5 and my wifes parents stayed here for a week from 28th july until 3rd August and simply had a fantastic time! Even before arriving I was amazed by the service and help provided by irine she couldnt have done anymore to help. The lodge is brilliant it has everything that you need and more, the bedrooms are spacious comfortable and the bathroom's are also great. The lodge setting is by far the best on the park, I can say it is a view you will never get bored of. Whilst at the lodge we had asked the water sports guys to take us over to inverberg one evening for dinner and they were only to happy to oblige for a lot less than a taxi, going to dinner by speed boat is great fun. The walks are amazing, swimming in tbe loch is great fun. This is a wonderful place and I would recommend it to anyone.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your lovely thoughts and I am so happy you enjoyed your holiday.

"A wonderful log cabin in Scotland"
We had a wonderful time, the cabin was comfortable, clean and it was child friendly for our 8 month old baby who could crawl around without getting into any danger. The location was fantastic and it was lovely waking up and looking across the Loch every morning. There was plenty of room for us all, even our teenage children enjoyed it. So it catered for all ages. The Directions were simple and straightforward, there was nothing else we could of thought of that was needed to make this holiday better.
Thank you very much for your lovely comments, much appreciated and I'm so happy you enjoyed your stay.
