55 km northeast of Rovaniemi, 55 km south-west of Kemijärvi, lake Misijärvi 40 m (length of the lake 6 km, width 1.2 km), sanded, rather deep beach, pier, boat.

Timber and wooden villa, built in 2009, kitchen, bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a loft with 2 pieces air mattresses (120 cm wide), suitable for children), sauna (electric stove), bathroom, toilet, covered porch. There is a wireless Internet access (Wi-Fi). The TV has Finnish and Russian channels.

Separate akeside sauna with wood stove, bathroom (2 showers), dressing room and an open porch. Lakeside sauna has electric lights.

For extra charge (pre-order 24 hours before) wood-burning Hot tub and plunge pool (cold water). Note! Plunge pool and Hot tub available only from 1 June-31 September. Barbecue hut made of fabric.

Why can't I call Iuliana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Iuliana (the owner) a message.

If Iuliana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
