Description

Situated only 10 minutes from Central Rotorua, right on the lake front in beautiful Hannah's Bay is our open plan three bedroom holiday home. It is less than 5 mins drive to the Redwoods and all the treks it has to offer, approx. 10 mins drive to the Blue and Green Lakes and Lake Okareka and less than 5 minutes from the Airport.

Our holiday home looks out onto the Lake and is less than 3 minutes walk to the large playground at Hannah's Bay reserve (which includes BBQ cooking facilities - we have a BBQ at the home too).

Included in the home are all the comforts of home including basic appliances, sandwich press, rice cooker, coffee machine, microwave, blender….

Also included are some toys and books for children, children's bikes, high chair, basic portable cot (excluding sheets etc for it) and most of the essentials a family would need, including a dish washer, washing machine and dryer.

The home is three bedrooms – two with King beds and the last with a queen bunk on the bottom, king single on the top and a pull out bed underneath. Each of the three rooms has a flat screen TV. The sitting room has a 50” Smart TV and Xbox available for use. There is wireless internet available.

Just a few minutes walk down the road is the all seasons holiday park, who if you ring ahead will often let you use their covered heated pool for a small fee which is great in winter. If you don't want to venture out then we now have a Spa at our holiday home, perfect for relaxing during your time at the house.

Available for use is a Wavewalk Kayak and life jackets (for both adults and children - life jackets not always available) which is just great for either fishing from or taking the kids out for a paddle, if you google online you can see its not a normal kayak.

With all these options available there is little need to leave Hannahs Bay but if you’re looking for more, then 10 mins away are all the main attractions like the Markets (including the night market on Thursday nights), Luge and Gondolas, Agrodome, Zorb, Rainbow springs and much more. Approximately 5 minutes drive from the Redwood Forest.

The local bus operates every day and the bus stop is located just a few minutes walk away.

Charge for extra guests applies to children as well as adults.Check in time is any time after 3pm, check out time is 10am. We have a strict no party policy. Cleaning is provided but guests are asked to ensure that all dishes used are washed and put away and if the BBQ is used it is left clean.
