Description

Our sunny, traditional Kiwi bach (holiday home) is the perfect spot to relax and rejuvenate in our private, park like grounds! Two lovely bedrooms (one with King bed & one with Queen bed), the kitchen and lounge all look out over Lake Rotorua, with the 3rd twin bedded bedroom having lovely views over the garden. There is a sleepout available (additional charge per night) that contains 2 single beds a shower and a toilet - great for teenagers.

You have your own access to the lake, via the garden. Boat access is via several boat ramps just minutess away, once launched leave your boat at the bottom of the garden. Located just a few minutes drive to Ngongotaha Village with Essence café, Four Square supermarket and takeaway shops all for your convenience. We are six minutes drive to popular tourist attractions:- Skyline skyrides, the Luge/Gondalas, Rainbow Springs, Mitai Cultural Show. The Agrodome - Sheep show, Farm tour, Bungy jump, the Zorb and jet boat rides. Rotorua city centre is just 12 minutes away and nearby is Hamurana Reserve with it's Redwoods walk to the source of the Hamurana Stream. Hamurana's 9 hole golf course is a short drive away. Within the area there are four of the major trout streams - Hamurana, Awahou, Waiteti and Ngongotaha. Okere Falls Store, home of the famous Beer Fest is also a short drive away and makes for great entertainment in October each year. Relax or go for the max! Rotorua has wonderful adventure tourism, Canopy Tours, world renown mountain bike tracks, white water rafting and hiking tracks. We are the lakes district of the North Island. Rotorua is also the centre of Maori culture and New Zealand's famous geothermal region. There really is something for everyone, so come on over, see for yourself! If you have special requests, just ask, you never know what we can manage! Please bring your own beach towels, other linen is provided.

How do damage deposits work?
