Villa "Waters Edge" is located in a quiet and secluded part of Rotonda West, on the Cape Haze peninsula, 15 minutes from beaches, 5 mins from 5 golf courses and in an area of natural Florida beauty. South facing and backing onto a canal, the trees and palms surrounding the villa enhance the peace and quiet of the villa's location. The perfect place to relax after a round of golf, enjoying the local beaches or after visiting one of Florida's many attractions. The villa has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master suite and second bedroom have direct access to the pool area as does the lounge. Rotonda's location means you are never far away from beautiful beaches, excellent shopping, magnificent attractions and superb golf courses - simply Florida at its best …..

All towels and linen provided, including beach towels. The villa is cleaned between each let and prepared for guest arrival. Cot, high chair and pool alarm if required are available from our excellent management company. Please note the spa is for owners use only.

We hope you do not encounter any problems whilst you are staying at our home, but if you do, our friendly local management team are on call to assist and make sure your holiday is one to remember.

Our prices are quoted per week however we may offer discounts for longer stays at our discretion and we reserve the right to offer a minimum rental period to our winter guests. Please ask for details.

The Villa is fully air-conditioned, (plus ceiling fans) and is an open plan design, spacious and has all the furnishings and equipment that is needed to ensure guests have a great holiday. There is a large lounge furnished with two large sofas, single chair with 46" Flat screen TV, DVD etc., a formal dining area seating six, a cosy breakfast nook for casual eating and of course a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy breakfast in the early morning sun inside in the Nook, at the breakfast bar or outside on the lanai. The master bedroom with Queen bed has views over the canal and the en-suite has a large corner bath, separate shower and twin hand basins, along with a large walk-in dressing room. Bedroom two is spacious and also overlooks the canal. The third bedroom has twin beds and looks out onto an area of pines and palms. The lounge, master bedroom and bedroom two have direct access to the pool and deck area.

”Waters Edge” backs on to a canal. It is a very quiet and peaceful place to relax, and enjoy the scenery. There is a large screened lanai and a deck area around the pool equipped with loungers, table, chairs and pool toys; just perfect whether you wish to sunbathe, eat or just play. Undercover outside dining and a gas BBQ is also available. There is a Double Garage with automatic door.
For those wishing to be explore the immediate area there are two bikes are at the villa. Rotonda is perfect for walking and cycling and taking in the local views and waterways. For the more enegetic Tennis courts are available in the community area located in the centre of Rotonda where there is also a children's play area, a baseball pitch and connections to the bike trails.
Travel timings: - Englewood - 10 mins, Port Charlotte - 20 minutes, Sarasota - 30 minutes, Venice - 20 minutes, Naples - 90 minutes, Busch Gardens - 90 minutes, Everglades - 2 1/2 hours, Orlando and Theme Parks - 2 1/2 hours, Miami - 3 hours
Or why not just sit and relax and watch nature come past your door, or in the trees or the waterways of Rotonda. Our adjoining lots are natural and unspoilt and provide the perfect backdrop for outside dining.

“Beautiful and peaceful villa - fantastic for watching the wildlife”

The villa and surrounding areas are fantastic, we loved nothing more sitting by the swimming pool watching the wildlife in the garden. The villa is well equip and has everything you need for a lovely holiday. We hope to return in the not too distant future. Thanks Colin for always replying promptly to emails and giving your advice and tips for our first trip to America.

As soon as we drove up the drive we were impressed, lights on, no fumbling about in the dark trying to find the key. Home from home, very well equipped. It's just amazing. The pool area is very spacious & lots of seating & loungers. Canal right there! Saw alligators, turtles, tortoises, osprey & many more. Our own wildlife park by the pool. Very quite and relaxing area. All shops a short drive away or be a bit adventurous & travel a bit further out Fort Myers as we did, there is a big outlet shopping area there. Will be going as soon as we can. XXX

How do damage deposits work?
