Description

When guests arrive at our home and enter thru the front door, the first thing they notice is our home was furnished by a professional interior decorator in a tasteful, distinct, and unique Floridian style which makes it a one of a kind gem. Everything is provided for our guests -- just bring your clothes and personal items.

Retire to the master bedroom's king size bed to read a book or watch TV. Treat yourself to the Jacuzzi tub or a refreshing shower in the master bath. On the other side of the house are two comfortable guests bedrooms, each with a queen size bed. One room has been decorated in a marine theme, while the other bedroom has a nautical theme. These 2 guest rooms share their own private bath. All linens, towels (including bath, beach and pool) are included.

The spacious living area comfortably seats 6 guests. Sit back and enjoy the flat screen TV to watch cable TV, or perhaps one of the many DVDs supplied by the owners. If you are not fond of TV, entertain yourself with high speed internet, wifi, a selection of board games, checkers, chess, puzzles, cards, or a small library of books to enjoy by the pool.

The kitchen is completely equipped with all large and small appliances. The large breakfast bar allows for lively conversation while meals are being prepared. As you stand in the kitchen, you can look out over the lanai and see the pool and golf course. Initial salt, pepper, sugar, paper towels, napkins, dish detergent, and garbage bag are provided.

The formal dining room has seating for 6 guests.

Full laundry facilities contain a washing machine, dryer, laundry tub, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. Initial detergent and fabric sheets are supplied.

Open 1 of the 4 sets of sliding patio doors to the lanai and take in the scenery. You will find the fresh water pond and the first green of Pine Valley Golf Course just behind the house. The lanai is screened with a solar heated pool, ceiling fan, patio table, 6 chairs, 3 loungers, and a gas grill. The solar heated pool is west facing so the sun basks down on the pool most of the day. The pool can be floodlit at night for those romantic swims. The lanai area also has access to the guest bathroom for added convenience. The lanai is great for enjoying breakfast and coffee in the morning, lunch, or a glass of wine and dinner during the evening.

Our villa is thoroughly maintained and cleaned after the departure of our guests, and rechecked prior to new arrivals.

For your trip to the beach, there are several beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and a cooler. In the garage are four beach cruisers available for riding around Rotonda West.

This home is on a cul-de-sac street so traffic is minimal. During the evening hours, enjoy the privacy, peacefulness, and thousands of stars. Daytime offers the opportunity to see many species of birds and wildlife as the home is very close to Charlotte Harbor Preserve State Park.

This home is ideally situated just 12 minutes from Englewood and Stump Pass beaches, 14 minutes to Cape Haze Marina, 26 minutes from Boca Grande Island. There are 7 public beaches within 7 miles. First class salt water fishing and water sports facilities all within easy reach. In addition, there are 8 public golf courses within 5 miles. For shoppers, there is Dearborne Street in Englewood, historic Venice, plus many local artistic, and outlet stores in the area. Fabulous restaurants and bars are close by. Many types of local music can also be found.
