Description

Rotonda west is southwest florida's best kept secret offering top quality country club golf courses. Rotonda west and surrounding in southwest florida's luxurious gulf coast offers miles of not so crowded beaches. The area offers exciting deep sea fishing and boating, exotic wildlife and numerous attractions. Many exotic and beautiful birds call rotonda west home, as it is a designated bird sanctuary.

You can check out the warm mineral springs in north port, fl, it is only about 30 minutes away. Warm mineral springs has easy access to swimmers and is surrounded by green law suitable for sunning, lounging and visiting. The spring water has the highest mineral content of any spring in the united states. The springs generate enough water, essentially refilling the spring pool every 2 hours.

You will really enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area. We love the englewood beach or manasota beach on manasota key. You are less than 10 miles to this fun, beautiful shore. There is free parking, picnic area, showers. There is parasailing and other great out door activities. A short drive to venice florida and you can enjoy some of the best shopping in florida. You will enjoy going to sharky's on the pier, in venice fl. It is the only beachfront restaurant and tiki bar with a fishing pier. This is a great place to watch the sunset over the water.

This beautiful private home has all new furnishings. 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, heated caged pool with canal view. Rotonda west is a 99 hole golf course community that is just minutes from the beautiful florida gulf coast beaches. This home has very comfortable sleeping for 6 people. 3 brand new hd tv's and free wifi. This has a vary spacious open floor plan and plenty of room to entertain. Master suite has luxury walk in shower, whirlpool garden tub, and large walk in closet, with slider door to a very private lanai. Brand new high quality beds in all of the rooms. Second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and hdtv. The third bedroom has 2 brand new twin beds.

The kitchen has beautiful granite counter tops. The kitchen is great for cooking and we have made sure to include a new coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. There is also a brand new gas grill, so you can put some of that fresh catch of the day on the grill. There are three eating areas for this home. There is a large table and seating for six on the lanai. Sit and enjoy dinner while watching the wildlife at the water. You can have your morning coffee in kitchen eating area, or entertain family or friends in the formal dinning room with seating for six.

You will find this home very relaxing and tastefully decorated. We have tried to find the most comfortable furnishings to make sure your vacation is both relaxing and fun. We want you to feel at home, and yet at a retreat away.
