Villa Nevaeh, our beautiful luxury villa is situated in Rotonda lakes, quiet and peaceful yet only minutes away from beautiful beaches and golf courses.

There are 3 large bedrooms, (master with ensuite) 2 further bedrooms (one double, one twin) with shared bathroom. Shower room to pool area. The spacious accommodation also includes a lounge, formal dining area, kitchen/diner, utility room and double garage.

Villa Nevaeh was found to be well run by both it's owner and local managing agent from initial enquiry to post-stay follow up. It suited our needs for a relaxing break in a warm climate, unexpected by us for Xmas and the New Year. Like most of Florida, the property and surroundings are best enjoyed using a car as it is located on a large 'nature park' with wild animals, fish and gardens very much in evidence. Within reasonable driving distances, there are very good restaurants, bars, beaches and shopping facilities to enhance enjoyment. Unless you are particularly fussy, you will find the location provides everything you will need, away from home, even more in our case. As Florida is mainly flat, the views from the property are not exactly jaw-dropping but the area is well maintained and kept clean, benefitting from well executed park rules. The details on the website were found to be accurate and the pictures a true reflection of reality.

We had a lovely time in this excellent villa. It was very spacious and had a lovely pool. It had everything you would need, including plug adapter which we found useful. Although the weather wasn't as good as expected it didn't deter us. There were various beaches to choose from, each being beautiful. We only booked for 5 days but in that time saw wild dolphin, turtle, a small alligator and a snake a short drive from the villa. We collected shark teeth from a few of the beaches, not something you see everyday! The villa was a bit further out than we expected but wasn't a problem. The area was very scenic and a lovely area. We visited Venice which had a lovely shopping area. The boys especially enjoyed the pool at the villa. We would thoroughly recommend this villa.

Our entire stay was absolutely wonderful. Velma was very easy to deal with. The house was exactly as depicted, and spotlessly clean upon arrival. Was impressed that when we arrived (which was rather late) the lights up the driveway were on as well as by the front door. The solar pool was very nice...temp ranged from 83-88 even though the temps in Florida this March were on the cooler side. The pool was also maintaned very well and was crystal clear. The two very minor issues that we encountered were dealt with immediately by the management company. The area itself is very peaceful and quiet.....even had some wild life in the back yard .... armadillo....turtle....bob cat. Even though you are a bit out of the way you are only a few minutes away from restaurant/shopping etc. If there were any improvements that are needed it would be a new mattress in the master bedroom. It was okay but could be better. That being said, we would not hesitate to recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

Stayed 21st. Jan- 4th feb 2013.Very frendly and straightforward booking process.On arrival (which was 11-pm)we were greeted by lights on the driveway,on entering the villa the layout and cleanliness made us feel at home immediately.Only called the management company out once,they were round within half an hour.(an internet problem they fixed).The location is quiet & peaceful but convenient for the many amenitys & attractions in the area.Bikes-beach chairs-umberella-cool box were all very welcome,the b.b.q.was a bonus. This has been our 5th visit to the Gulf coast & this was our favourite villa/location.The pool, which is solar heated was warm enough & we used it every day.We would highly recomend this property. Ann & Bryan.

“Perfect relaxing retreat”

Stayed here for a fortnight in June 2012. The booking/payment process was incredibly easy as the owners were a pleasure to deal with and are based in the UK so all transactions were done in Sterling. The villa itself was immaculate and well equipped with everything you would reasonably need including beach towels and chairs. The owners employ a local management company to maintain the property to a very high standard and they do an excellent job. There really was nothing to fault. The villa is situated in a very quiet residential area and is somewhat secluded as the area has not been substantially developed as yet, probably due to the recession I guess. However it is only a short drive to beautiful beaches,several large supermarkets( including a huge Walmart)and numerous restaurants. The villa and area really are lovely and I would highly recommend. We will be returning.

Hello, we are really enjoying our time in Rotonda. It is a familiar area for us so we are right at home once we conquered the new street names. Everything seems just fine with the home. The pool has been kept up immaculately and we really appreciate it so much. For my comment the access to so many golf courses would be the attraction that draws us the most. I think my husband has played all of them, Long Marsh is his favorite. Also, this year the bike trail has been extended all the way down to Placida. This offers us a unique and beautiful way to get exercise and see the lovely Florida landscape. It is very quiet area and we feel quite peaceful and safe in the surroundings. The management service has been wonderful the few times we have contacted them. We haven't always had such quick reponses in years past. I hope this helps, the living space has a nice open feeling for us. We like that also. Sincerely, Linda

How do damage deposits work?
