Description

We are new to Holiday lettings but have the highest score (2059) of any villa in Rotonda on Clickstay, we've been there since 2005, the Villa is furnished as our own home not a holiday rental, book with us we guarantee you won't be disappointed.

The Villa is located on the Cape Haze Peninsula, it is close to beautiful white sandy beaches and the area enjoys some of the most spectacular sunsets on the Gulf, the villa has a solar heated swimming pool, is fully furnished and completely equipped with everything you require, it is a perfect place for a totally relaxing family holiday.

Within a short distance of the villa are numerous golfing and sporting facilities, shopping malls and a large selection of restaurants where you can relax in the sun while enjoying the taste of fresh food, in some places you can watch the Dolphins playing in the Gulf while you enjoy your meal.

There are five golf courses, 99 premier holes within the community and a large nature reserve where you can enjoy long peaceful walks. There are two adult and two children bicycles and a lovely and peaceful cycle track that you can follow all the way to the Gulf beaches on Boca Grande island.

The pool area is south facing and enjoys the sun for most of the day. This part of the Gulf Coast is almost undiscovered when compared to Orlando, you can enjoy peaceful days around the house but there's plenty to do if you want to!

There are two large master bedroom suites, one with king bed, one with queen bed, then two further bedrooms one with twin beds and one with a double bed. Three of the bedrooms have en-suite facilities. Including the en-suites there are four bathrooms, all bathrooms have showers (double in the master suites) and two also have baths, both master suites have twin "His & Her" sinks. There is a generous range of towels and spare bedding.

The villa has been furnished throughout as our own home and there are four TV's (one of which is a 42" Plasma), and a CD / Cassette / Radio mini-system. There are two settee's in each of the living rooms. The living room looks out through triple full height patio doors to the lanai and fully screened swimming pool.

The pool has a large area for sunbathing and is complete with four sun-loungers, the lanai has a large table and chairs for comfortable outdoor eating and a small bar table for outdoor snacks. In addition to the air conditioning each bedroom and the lanai have ceiling fans to help keep you cool.

Internet is available on request for a small charge and free local calls may be made using the direct dial telephone in the lounge / kitchen or bedroom.

There are books to read and games to play, The villa and its facilities are there to make your holiday one to remember!

“Excellent comfortable Villa”

Second stay here as love villa. Very large with 4 bathrooms. Furnishings are in excellent condition and pool area well equipped. Great Bar B Q and villa air con and ceiling fans work well. Area very quiet yet Gasparilla nearby . Easy drive to Tampa. Wildlife abundant - bobcat and armadillo seen. Lovely stay

We have stayed many times on Rotunda and this home was lovely by comparison. The house is well maintained and very comfortable. There were only two of us so we rattled about a little, but we feel we are used to a large home so benefitted it. Although w didn't use all the rooms. The pool area is lovely and peaceful too.
