Blackwattle is a non smoking establishment however smoking is permitted outside the cottages. Cigarette butts are to be disposed of in the bins provided and not left on the grounds. The cottages are cleaned to a high standard for your enjoyment so they are to be left in a similar condition on check out. Excess cleaning charges will apply if left in unreasonable condition. For the peace and privacy of other guests, paying guests only are allowed inside the cottages.
