Apartamento con capacidad para 6 personas. Aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones e Internet wifi.

2 dormitorios dobles, cocina y lavadero independiente, 1 cuarto de baño, 1 aseo, amplio salón (con sofá cama de 1,35) con ventana lateral al campo de golf y una doble puerta en una segunda orientación para acceder a la terraza (de 20 metros cuadrados) magníficas vistas por su privilegiada situación al ser apartamento esquinero. 2 piscinas comun. Socorrista, 2 pistas de pádel, mesa ping-pong y parque infantil.

La recogida de basura, dentro de la urbanización es a través de un sistema de recolección de residuos para evitar ruidos y olores.

El apartamento está totalmente equipado; ropa de cama y toallas, así como la limpieza, incluido en el precio.

La urbanización tiene preciosos jardines muy cuidados con rincones y paseos con encanto para descansar y donde juegan los niños sin salir de la urbanización. Además hay un pequeño parque infantil totalmente acondicionado para que los más pequeños se sientan seguros.

Dentro de la urbanización y entre tumbonas, sombrillas y palmeras se encuentran dos piscinas, una para adultos y otra para niños vigiladas por socorristas, dos pistas de pádel, mesa de ping-pong y un chiringuito donde tomarse una cerveza en una zona tranquila y silenciosa, con seguridad las 24 horas del día.

La urbanización está situada a 300 metros de la playa y accesible por un bonito camino de albero a través de un parque peatonal. Un sitio perfecto para andar en bicicleta, ideal para familias y muy tranquilo, con todas las zonas vigiladas por seguridad privada. Los accesos a las playas son muy cómodos.
