Proposed apartment is approximately 95 m2 in Attica for 4 people maximum, but ideal for 3 people (a couple with 1 child to 2 bedrooms (of which one is equipped with a ' bed ' (2 x 80 x 190, box Springs one on one with mattress that can stand at the same height to accommodate 2 persons) and 2 bathrooms equipped with a toilet, a fully equipped kitchen))(, a lounge - dining room and two terraces to enjoy the Sun all day!).

Duplex on the second and last floor of the building with 2 terraces, with a huge, to enjoy the sunsets over the Sea (400 m). Exposure South-West. Seaview from the terrace solarium!

High standard apartment (luxury), fully equipped (dishwasher, washer-dryer, oven, microwave,...). Iron and ironing board, hair dryer,... Apartment ideal for extended stays as off season!

You will feel at home in this quiet space.

Residence with 2 swimming pools (one large and one for children) open from June to September. Location of underground parking with direct lift access to the apartment (useful for golfers).

Cadiz and Jerez de la Frontera in half an hour car, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and Rota in 10 minutes. Seville at 1:30.

Costa Ballena is accessible by regular airports of Seville (115 km) or Jerez (25 km) Bus Services for Rota, Seville, Cadiz...

Announces owner wishing to take serious and motivated an unforgettable holiday on this wide people immaculate Atlantic coast (which looks pretty in Seignosse-Hossegor in France) to those who know!

Priced weekly rental varies depending on the season (from 350 to 1000 Euros per week, declining on longer duration). Charges included. Ideal off-season to pensioners and/or golfers household and washing sheets & towels possible initially in supplement.

Possible Internet over 3G on request or spot wifi Cabisur (free in the library of Chipiona to 6km, Andalusian village accessible by bike by bicycle). Many coffee-bars surroundings also offer wifi.

Rest assured good holiday...! Beautiful bike rides on the many cycle paths in perspective. Horse, surfing or kite-surfing or Golf really in 5 minutes by car!

Come and enjoy the Andalusian home, good wine that accompanies tapas and this beautiful typical tourist area which has su - fortunately - be preserved to keep intact!

Climate ideal March to may and from October to November, temperate summer (by the Atlantic coast!). It bathes easily until the end of October!
