BIENVENIDOS! ...We are recognized as a "TRIP ADVISOR RECOMMENDED" Vacation Rental. We are also rated "Excellent" by FLIPKEY and have received Flipkey's "Top Vacation Rental Award" due to our Reviews!!! (Check out our 74+ positive reviews allowed only direct from guests. Search "Rosarito Las Velas 901" to see our own music video... It shows our condo and surroundings in great detail!! Sooo OCEANFRONT ( as shown in opening pic), you must walk up to the veranda railing and LOOK STRAIGHT DOWN TO "EVEN SEE LAND"!! Live & Dine inside or out, open your double wide sliding glass wall and enjoy! Work on your tan year round on the 8X24 foot protected veranda. "Club Marena" built on 'the point' at famous K-38 surf break, on the 9th floor with spectacular views...sunsets, surfers, and sea life from your veranda, equipped with a built in gas grill. (Perfect vantage point to video your surfer from the veranda). Only 2 condos to a floor, quiet! Whole house purified drinking water system provided by Club Marena.. Furnishings include... overstuffed sofas with a "contemporary Colonial Spanish feel", 2 bedrooms with California King beds (a "Four Seasons" Mattress in Master), with an ocean view, as well. New clean, all white Bedding and Bath Towels for your use, plus Beach Towels. Spanish paver tile floors and granite counter tops, warm and welcoming with all the comforts...including a 42" flat screen TV, Satellite and DVD player with surround sound system, with a (charging) base/cord for 'your' music device. Also, WiFi Internet provided. Kitchen with side by side refrigerator (& ice maker) AND an easily accessible flip down cold refreshment door, and, of course, a dishwasher, stove with microwave. Aaaaand don't forget your margarita ingredients...we have an 'industrial grade' blender and any kind, or size, of margarita glass you can think of (including gel filled frozen ones in the freezer)! Toasting the sunset 'IS' a tradition!! Come see what memories 'YOU' can make!! Extremely quiet! Club Marena is a secure gate guarded complex. Assigned parking immediately next to the elevator beneath the building. Easy access, no stairs. A detailed Confirmation Rental Agreement & Rules, will be provided to you....other than the $35 cash cleaning fee on arrival, there are NO additional taxes, etc.!

Club Marena has two pools and jacuzzi hot tubs (the North pool reserved for Owners, or long term renters and no children). The South Pool is for guest renters, and children. Getting around

Gate Guards can order a taxi to take you to restaurants, or other points of interest, if you prefer not to drive. Also, check online and in the black leather binder (in left drawer of rattan table across from dining table) in the condo, for info on Limo/van service to all the wineries in Guadalupe Wine Valley, only 1 hour, or less away.

We are fortunate enough to have many return visitors, which you may be able to tell by reading our reviews. We are also happy to answer any questions you may have, just let us know!! We pride ourselves in trying to think of anything we can to make your stay more comfortable and convenient! Check in and key provided at the Security Gate Entrance (all names in party are required by Security in advance of your stay). The $35 cleaning fee would be taken directly to the Gate in cash (exact amount, no change available, they will provide a written receipt for the cash.) There is a black leather binder in the left drawer of rattan table with detailed info on restaurants (some with menus), & info on the Guadalupe Wine Valley, etc.

House rules

Club Marena HOA has recently revised it's Rental Rules. At least one person in party must be 21. All adult members in party must sign or initial Rental Packet. All renters & children must use the South Pool. No additional visitors allowed thru Security Gate. All of the HOA Rules are enforced by Security & must be signed & apply to ANY condo/villa in Club Marena whether the Owner/Manager advises it here & on other rental sites, or not...FYI.
We require a 3-4 night minimum for Holiday periods.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
