THE PROPERTY The house is part of a vast estate extending over 3 hectares, including 2 houses and a cottage, a mature park with fabulous rare trees, a lovely pond and oak woods ideal for walks, yoga, meditation, or as an extended children playground! Swimming pool (summer), tennis court and table tennis will keep you fit during your stay. There might be guests, or myself and my family, staying at the other two buildings (main house and cottage) with whom you will share the park and all other common facilities. The Yellow Guest House has its own gate, garden and parking area and it is located around 300mt from the other buildings, hence totally private and independent.We have an almost full-time housekeeper and a gardener/maintenance man looking after the property and who you may see working around the buildings keeping the place beautiful. Please be aware: THE POOL, PARK, UNFENCED POND and ALL COMMON AREAS ARE UNATTENDED. You must look after young children at all times.EXTRAS & UNIQUE EXTRAS!- Use of swimming pool (summer), tennis court, ping-pong table, park and pond (shared with other guests).- Bed linen and towels, iron and ironing board, hairdryer. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BEACH TOWELS for pool and sun beds.- Basic foodstuffs and selection of my lovely blends of herbal teas in the kitchen.- Gated parking place (parking is unattended, all vehicles are parked at the owners risk). - Internet WIFI - 2 Mountain Bikes (one with baby sit)- Cot (with mattress & bed linen) and high chair available on request.- 4 Sunbeds for the house's garden (in the shed next to the house), and 4 sunbeds by the pool.- Wakeboard private club membership card- Guidebook to the local area with a broad selection of restaurants, sightseeing highlights, sports and watersport activites. A folder with the house manual and the guidebook will be at your disposal during your stay. As soon as your booking is confirmed, I will email them to you so that you can start planning your visit!
