Spectacular and spacious custom-built post & beam home sitting right on the water's edge. From the moment you walk through the front door you will find yourself surrounded by the warm, inviting textures of the wood beams & walls, gorgeous wood floors, 2 amazing stone fireplaces, hand-forged wrought iron rails and artisan craftsmanship throughout! Lake views from every room along with casually elegant decor and high quality, comfortable furnishings make this property a luxurious getaway! Though once here you may not want to leave, it's conveniently located just 10-15 minutes to shopping, restaurants and about 5 minutes to 3 of the almost 200 wineries in the area.

Perfect for couples, families and friends, this 3000 square foot house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6 or 8 maximum. In front of the wood-burning fireplace, around the outdoor fire pit, tucked in a cozy alcove, catching rays out on the lake deck, or sitting around the table on the 30 foot inside porch, there is ample living space indoors and outside to gather and plenty of space for everyone to find their own relaxing spot too. All bedrooms have french doors that open to their own deck area & chairs with cushions; perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee!

• Charming but roomy kitchen is completely outfitted and has a large farm sink, granite counters & under-counter stools for grabbing a quick bite. The butler's pantry; complete with extra fridge, large sink and granite counter-top works perfectly as a wet bar for entertaining!

• Kitchen is stocked with service for 12, both indoor and outdoor dishes, as well as plenty of beverage glasses & coffee mugs. Keurig 2.0 K-Cup coffee maker, Breville toaster oven, microwave are there for you to use. With a 5 burner, stainless steel commercial stove and plenty of pots and pans for if you feel like cooking!

• Large family room has queen size sleeper sofa, new HD 55" SMART TV and "Extraordinaire" gas fireplace. 9 foot french door leads to deck.

* 30 foot inside porch is perched on the lake! It has a a daybed for catching a nap, 2 seating areas for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a good book and a dining table where you can gather and gaze at the spectacular sunsets over the water as you eat.

• Enormous master bedroom & en suite bath with vaulted ceilings and private deck overlooking the lake.

• The house comes with cable access and 5 LCD TV's (one in each bedroom) and Bose stereos throughout.

• Central AC, Washer Dryer & Dryer , Dishwasher & High Speed Internet Access

Outdoors

• There is also an expansive wrap-around deck: on one side there is a large high-top dining table & 8 chairs as well as comfy seating around a gas fire pit in the 30 x 15 ft area and on the other side there is a 12x15 ft area with more seating.

• Our private beach area has Adirondack chairs and at the end of our 100 foot dock there’s another large seating area to hang out on.

• There are speakers on the decks and all the way out to the dock that you can connect to by WiFi/Bluetooth, so you can enjoy music just about anywhere.

• Flanked only by boat houses on both sides, our 145 feet of lakefront offers wonderful privacy, as well as water access for swimming and water sports!
