From the owner

Close to the famous Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere, in a building from the beginning of the 20th century, on the fourth floor, with elevator, apartment with large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a kitchen.

The apartment is completely renovated and is comfortably furnished and fully equipped.

There are two double beds in the rooms and a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment has TV satellite with video, a computer and connection wi-fi. There is also heating and air conditioning.

From the apartment you can walk to most of the tourist sites in Rome.

Trastevere is one of the most ancient districts of Rome. It keeps its folk roots and is one of the favourite places of the nightlife of the city. restaurants and bars of all kinds.

In Rome there is a tax of €3.5 per night for each person over 12 years, customers have to pay upon arrival at the apartment.

Guests also have to show their passports to allow the Declaration of their stay to the police.

Why can't I call Bruno (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bruno (the owner) a message.

If Bruno (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
