Description

An exclusive property full of elegance, prestige and class is situated in one of the most historic areas of Rome on Via Porta San Sebastiano, the infamous road which links the ancient Appain Way to the Baths of Caracalla.

Ideally located for an enthusiast of historical sites and archaeology, the apartment is within walking distance to some of the city’s major attractions such as Circus Maximus which was the ancient Roman grounds for horse racing, the Colosseum which was the largest amphitheatre in the world during its time and a must for any visitor to the Eternal City and without excluding the Baths of Caracalla, one of the greatest examples of thermal baths of ancient Rome.

Via di Porta San Sebastiano, a scenic street which is close to the apartment runs alongside the St. Sebastian park. This park was used for burials in the Middle Ages and later became rich farmland for orchards and vineyards to be cultivated. Another park nearby, named after the noble Scipioni

This park was used for burials in the Middle Ages and later became rich farmland for orchards and vineyards to be cultivated. Another park nearby, named after the noble Scipioni family was an agricultural area as well. The ‘Latin’ walls, an important part of the Aurelian walls and Porta San Sebastiano, a passageway created within the Aurelian walls are considered by many historians to be the most well built and preserved city borders. All these fascinating historical details will make your stay even more interesting!

Guests will find themselves immersed in Rome’s well known historical sites as well as architectural points of interest such as the FAO, “Food and Agriculture Organization” and the Pyramid district, where one can find every kind of restaurant, bar and wine bar to relax and take in the beauty of what Rome has to offer for any visitor.

A strategic place of stay for a classic Roman holiday that provides all the comforts of an exclusive apartment in close proximity to the city’s many famous sites.
