(Termini Station-Central Rome) Prime Location !!! This Gorgeous and Spacious 2 bedroom flat is truly stunning !!! The flat is a short 10 min. walk from Romes' Termini Station (Perfect For All Travelers And Guests Of All Ages) Located in the Heart of San Lorenzo, The flat is ideally located so guests can leisurely walk to most of Romes' breath taken attractions as well as walking distance to all of our transportation !!!

The room as well as the rest of the flat is Very Spacious, Elegant and nicely decorated....Filled with much comfort and old world charm !!! The room has a spectacular view looking down on a fabulous street scene... The delightful Italian setting pours into the room !!! This room is very relaxing, private and comfortable !!! It retains a comfortable king size bed as well as a single bed (Perfect For Your Extra Guest) There is a large wardrobe closet, plenty of shelving and storage !!! (Fresh Sheets And Towels Are Included) This room also features a separate sitting area used for enjoying your favorite beverages, snacks, meals !!! There is also a spacious computer desk area and free Wi-Fi is included !!!

The flat has a big, fully equipped kitchen... large dinning table, sits up to 6 people... It also has a separate sitting area, cozy couch with small table... This area also has double balcony doors allowing the sun shine in... filled with lovely tropical plants and flowers as so does the rest of the flat... Perfect place to enjoy some of your favorite beverages, meals or snacks !!! The kitchen and bathroom, even though shared with one other guest, are all brand new and spotless. The kitchen has is fully equipped to enjoy your culinary skills!!! The bathroom is extra large perfect way to refresh yourself and make you feel special !!! You will certainly feel at home !!!

The building itself is very secure and safe, it does have elevator service. It also has it's own beautifully decorated court yard filled with plants and trees. The building itself is situated in an artistic, friendly and peaceful neighborhood with amazing street views, just seconds away from cafes, restaurants, clubs, grocery, shopping and less than 10 minutes from Termini Station.

While the neighborhood is in a very popular and thriving it is peaceful, quiet and very safe. The people here are very friendly and helpful and welcome everyone just as I do!!!

The flat itself is walking distance to all transportation as well as walking distance to Rome's many breath-taken attractions such as Colosseum, Roman Forum, Pantheon, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, St. Peter's Basilica and The Vatican Museums and much, much more !!!! Do not forget take a day off and relax at one of our wonderful beaches, Fun way to get sun, wet and tan !!!

Getting around

The Termini Station is the main hub for public transport in the center of Rome. Both airports Fiumicino (32 KM, 45 min.) Ciampino (15KM, 30min.) away offer trains, regular buses, trams, taxi and our favorite is one of the many non-stop bus shuttles (4 euro) to arrive at Termini Station.

Having a comfortable stay and a great visit is most important !!! Before booking, we answer as many questions as asked !!! Upon arrival we give everyone a warm welcome. English being our main language ,and well as a few others. We familiarize guests with the flat, our location and answer any questions. We do like to give our guests much privacy !!! But, we can be around or close by to help give any suggestions, tips, or any other helpful hints that will insure your stay, a wonderful holiday!!!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
