QA / 2015/22166 of 29.9.2015 Home "Marmorata" is a quiet and bright apartment, recently renovated, has central heating, air conditioning, WIFI internet, consisting of two double bedrooms, a bathroom with washing machine 5kg, a living room with double sofa bed, extendable table for six, 32-inch LED TV, a fully equipped and modern kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all necessary utensils. Available to guests coffee, tea, chamomile tea, sugar, salt, spices and detergents. The apartment is also suitable for families with children who will benefit from cot and high chair. The house is located in the heart of Testaccio, the historic district of central Rome, between the Pyramid of Caius Cestius and Ponte Sublicio near Aventine. On foot you can reach in few minutes Trastevere, the Circus Maximus, the Baths of Caracalla, the Roman Forum, Campo de 'Fiori, the Colosseum, the Capitol and the most important monuments of the Eternal City. It is also close to the train station to the excavations of Ostia Antica and just steps from the historic and picturesque Sunday market at Porta Portese. The bus stop is in front of the front door, the subway 5 min walk. Upon arrival will be 'required to pay the tax subject to local administrative regulations provided for by the sum Eur 3,50 per person per day for the first 10 days and children under 10 years are free.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
