Casa Colosseo is a beautiful apartment on Piazza del Colosseo with an extraordinary view of the Colosseum and the Palatino. It is a large, sun-lit, and private 140 sqm. property on two floors in a private building staffed by a full-time concierge and accessible by elevator. The apartment is on the second floor, and has two living rooms facing the afternoon sun and sunset, a dining room, a library, kitchen, and a sizable entrance hallway foyer. It is suitable for up to five adult guests. There are two private bedrooms with king-size double beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a third single bed alcove with bathroom on the mezzanine floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware, and the dining room has a formal dining set and an adjustable table for up to ten guests. The apartment features polished wooden floors, authentic Beidermeier furniture, handmade sheets and linen, original paintings and artwork, and an extensive and eclectic book collection. There is central heating, airconditioning, cable TV, and free wifi. The location is private, secure, and conservative, and served by a number of local supermarkets, numerous restaurants and bars, a convenient metro and bus, and a taxi stand at the building entrance. The apartment is offered exclusively as a single booking residence, and is unique in retaining much of its old world fittings and charm, the quality and tastefulness of its interior decoration, and its central location, extraordinary view, and reasonable market price.

How do damage deposits work?
