Trastevere Garden is ideal for a wonderful holiday in the heart of Rome. With private garden, it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is comfortable, newly renovated, is in a 1914 building, a 5-minute walk from Trastevere station that connects directly to the airport of Fiumicino and the main railway stations. Just in front there are the bus stops with which easily reach Piazza Venezia, the Colosseum and the historical center with the most important places of interest in the culture, shopping and entertainment, many of which are easily reachable with a pleasant walk. Council a few minutes on foot to visit the Gianicolo from which you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Rome. It 'just a short walk from the heart of the beautiful medieval quarter of Trastevere, with its charming narrow streets and quaint cafes where you can spend pleasant evenings or take a relaxing stroll along the river. The Vatican is only 20 minutes walk. In radius of 200 meters there are 3 supermarkets, many bars, restaurants, bars, wine bars and 2 pharmacies. On Sunday morning, just 200 meters, takes place the historic Porta Portese market. Trastevere garden has just been renovated and the furniture is new and comfortable. From the large entrance hall leads to the left, the master bedroom and bathroom with shower and window. To the right, the living room with comfortable sofa bed, fully equipped open kitchen and loft with single bed and desk. From the living room leads to the cozy private garden with table, chairs and umbrella. The apartment has air conditioning, heating, Free Internet 24h, 42 inch LED TV, washing machine, microwave, iron and ironing board, phon.I our guests will enjoy the entire house and garden attrezzato.E ' smoking is allowed only in the garden. There are unfortunately allowed animali.Per any requests or information, guests can contact me via email, Whats App, SMS. Dress 20 minutes from the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Barbara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
