“what we needed”

Reviewed 25 Nov 2015

Annuli's was a great place for us and our 2 young children age 2 and 5. First he arranged our trip from the airport to the appartment with Alessandro who was just fantastic..our flight was delayed and it took an hour to get our luggage but he waited for us anyways. Then we wee welcome in the home with fruits and tons of goodies...milk for coffee and the kids, juice, coffee everything that we did not really need to go and get something right away. He responded to every questions immediately when we asked through text it was amazing. He was an amazing hosts. the place was clean and exactly like in the pictures. the little patio was great for our little retreat after the kids went to bed. The reason behind the 4 versus 5 star for me was the tram noise which was very loud but did not bother my husband or my 2 children just me. there is a nice little cafe right next door which has the best cappuccino the tram and bus stop right in front. Also worth mentioning because i had not noticed is there is no sitting room or living room inside the apartment. which is not a big deal since you are out in the town all day but just in case you want to sit and chill at night the outside, the dining room table and your bed is pretty much it! it was all set up with a table, toys, puzzles etc...for the kids too...he really thought about everything. thank you for the fantastic vacation in your beautiful appartment!

“Amazing appartment with lots of character on an ideal location”

Following an open and perfect communication we spent a beautiful week in Rome. Giulia helped us with the transfer from the airport, making our arrival smooth and accurate. The appartment is very spacious, with high ceilings, beautifuly decorated and very well equipped. The little outside terrace is a perfect place for your breakfast or any other meal. Only a few steps away from the wold-famous Trastavere district, we found endless terraces for our espresso, beer, or delicious Italian meals. Down the road you will find one of the better Gelateria's in Rome with bio-icecreams. The location allows you to do most of central Rome on foot and if you are tired, the bus no. 8 stops in front of the door and is direct to Plaza Venezia..We were 3, but the appartment can host upto 6 people, with 3 separate bedrooms. Hopefully we will go back one day.

Thank you Sjef and Michelle, you will always welcome in Rome and in our apartment! See you soon! Ciao grazie Giulia e Massimiliano
