“very enjoyable place to stay in Rome”

Reviewed 18 Nov 2015

We really enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable, close to many sights (Forum, Capitoline Hill, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trasavere, Jewish quarter, and of course the local neighborhood.) and for those a bit further away we took a taxi and walked back (Vatican, Galleria Borghese, etc.. about 11 Euros each time.) The stairs (about 60 steps,) were a concern but by the time we arrived we'd been walking 5 miles a day in Venice and Florence and they proved to be not an issue, even after walking all day in Rome. The kitchen was fine and I made breakfast each morning (5 nights). We shopped at Despar on Via Giustiniani just off the corner of Piazza de Rotunda (in front of the Pantheon,) but I think there are others in the vicinity. Have a granita di caffe con panna at Caffe Tazzo de Oro on Via dei Pastini near the Pantheon, better than throwing a coin in the Trevi fountain to bring you back to Rome.

“Excellent location”

Reviewed 7 Jul 2015

The apartment location and price is very reasonable. The apartment is very spacious. The laundry and kitchen is definitely useful. We stayed here for 5 days and got used to the stairs (6 flights). As far as linen, it was like a 5 star hotel for the linens provided. We would have rated the apartment excellent but we think the toilet needs some work as you have to flush it over and over again. The shower is a bit tight and needs some light. The Jacuzzi however comes in handy after a long days walk. Overall, we liked the price and location.

“Perfect position and great apartment.”

Reviewed 15 Jan 2014

Great apartment and perfect position for exploring rome and within walking distance to all the sights. Extremely close to the Piazza markets, cafes and shops. Apartment clean, spacious and ample room for a family. Our greeter was very informative and highly recommend the driver used for the airport transfer. Definately recommend.

Thank you, we are glad you had a nice stay!

“Exceptional location. Great price !”

Reviewed 14 Jan 2014

It is our second time renting an appartment in Rome. It is an unbeatable location , a stone throw from campo dei fiori , And walking distance to main atractions. spacious living and dining areas and well equipped kitchen.(No full oven though) We stayed in December an like to sleep with the windows opened, so we were expecting to deal with some noise. The only thing we heard were the seagulls "In central rome" . The service was exceptional. Marina and Gianlucca were very courtious , and timely . We had to called them in few occasions, as we encounter some difficulties with the stove( entirely our fault) and the toilette. They were there in no time. One caveat, You have to be willing and able to climb four flights of stairs !

Thank you, we are glad you had a nice stay!

“Beautifully maintained Roman penthouse in the Historic Centre”

Reviewed 3 Sep 2013

I'm almost tempted to write a bad review just to keep this wonderful apartment a secret! I won't of course, because I can't. It was fantastic in every way - the location, the furnishings, the spa bath to name but a few. We were met promptly at the airport by Daniele our driver, who took us straight into town. On arrival Marina dealt with the usual rental business efficiently and informatively. She was lovely. I can't fault it, I even enjoyed leaping up the stairs - and now I'm on the verge of booking again for 2014.

Thank you! We are happy you had a nice vacation!
