A stone's throw from St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums lovely attic in quiet and peaceful area. The Vatican area can easily be reached on foot; the old town and the most interesting points of the city are all connected by subway and public transportation which stop a short distance from home. In the area you will find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, supermarkets, banks and shops do all sorts. You can reach in a few minutes walk to the beautiful Villa Doria Pamphili, one of the largest and ancient green areas of Rome.

The apartments have four beds and is equipped with air conditioning and television. It is composed by a single, large and comfortable environment, divided into a living/dining area with a table where they can eat comfortably up to 6 people and a double sofa bed; a sleeping area with double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and oven; a bathroom with shower, washing machine and hair dryer. The lovely terrace with blinds, you can set a table for 4 people. The apartment is brand new, recently renovated, furnished in modern style and comfortable and equipped with wi-fi.

Located nearby St.Peter Basilica. You have all you need, plus a Punto Simply Market very close to the apartment. Love the pizza from Gusti opposite the market.

Why can't I call Loredana (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Loredana (the owner) a message.

If Loredana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
