Rome Guest House St. Peter is located in the heart of Prati, near the historic center and at short walking distance from St. Peter and the Vatican Museums.

It has been recently renovated, tastefully decorated, cozy and spacious. It offers to its guests the opportunity to enjoy every comfort: three double bedrooms, one with a loft set up with a further two french beds; two bathrooms and one the main bedroom with sauna and hydro massage; comfortable living room with double sofa, LED TV and study area; kitchen with large dining area and well-equipped: microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, water heater, mini hand mixer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster.

The apartment is on the first floor of a building with a doorman. The metro is the Line A Ottaviano-San. Peter. Nearby, there are shops, bars, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants.

The house can accommodate up to 8 people.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Rome (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
